Northeastern University offers a vast array of resources to support students through their academic journeys. The resources listed below are available to all law students during their time at NUSL.

Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers: LCL provides free and confidential mental health resources, addiction recovery support, and practice management services. LCL is a non-profit organization not affiliated with Northeastern University. LCL is now offering dedicated office hours for NUSL students! Students can sign up and learn more here: https://www.lclma.org/northeastern-office-hours/

Find@Northeastern: Students can receive 24/7/365 support with free counseling sessions (five per semester) and free access to Headspace (a meditation and mindfulness app). Find@Northeastern will also attempt to connect students to local therapists in the area. Students can reach Find@Northeastern by going online or by calling 1.877.233.9477.

University Health & Counseling Services (UHCS): This office, conveniently located across the street from NUSL, mostly does short-term triage and emergency same-day mental health visits. Then, UHCS tries to find a provider in the area to take over for long-term care.

WeCare is an office thatassists students who are experiencing unexpected challenges to maintain their academic progress. The staff works with students to coordinate among university offices, to offer appropriate referrals, and to help develop viable options to support their continued success at the university.
